They took away the quarter pounder which was just right and added a one third pound burger. The fries are inconsistent temperature. Mostly too cold.The rotisserie chicken bites order is too small. The burgers are ok though.

Once again, I specifically ordered your Cheese Grillburger and received your cheese burger. I’m starting to think they are one and the same. Very disappointed people on the other end of the intercom are not listening. Do I need to unwrap my burger before I leave to ensure I got what I ordered? On the other hand, the people working the window are very polite.

We were getting dinner, pretty close to closing time and they seemed pretty busy, but they took really good care of us! All the staff members that interacted with us were happy and considerate - not always the case when employees are getting close to the end of a shift. We were very impressed with the excellent customer service, especially under the circumstances. You guys went above and beyond! Well done!
