One of the best pies, both sweet and savory, I’ve ever had! You can’t stop eating after a bite just to taste it. My daughter, who doesn’t like pecan in anything ate the whole pecan pie (she’s kind enough to spare me a bite) and 3/4 of the chicken pot pie! I’ll go definitely go back to get more pecan and chicken pot pie and try the others.

Birdie’s Pie Shop NEVER disappoints. I have yet to try a pie flavor that I do not like. Note that I don’t even like pies! Never would I choose to go out of my way to eat pie until I tried some of birdies. Whenever I have a sweet tooth, I HAVE to get myself some pie from birdies. They also have the sweetest of workers! I just had given birth to my third child and all I could think about was some pie from birdies… I jokingly messaged them and asked if there was a discount for someone who just pushed out a baby all naturally and they responded saying 100% discount. 😭❤️ We just can’t say enough good things about them!

Saw the post yesterday morning about having leftover, discounted pies and immediately got in the car. The staff were SO kind and genuinely seemed happy to be there (on Thanksgiving morning)! The owner’s father even stopped by to see how he could help. Okay, on to the pies. We got chocolate caramel pecan (aka derby), pumpkin cream, and caramel apple cider. Absolutely delicious and worth the drive!

Oh my gosh these pies were SO GOOD!! I forgot to take pics of the personal dessert pies but pictured are the personal pulled pork mac and cheese pie and a full sized chicken pot pie. The crust is buttery and flaky and the fillings are amazing. We went to the one in Post Falls which is quite small but they have a nice outdoor seating area. Highly recommend!!
