Deeply uncomfortable experience. I felt unwelcome, intrusive, and burdensome simply because I was unfamiliar with the menu and not ready to order as soon as I walked in. Ironically there was no line and I did not step up for immediate assistance, but was asked to. After paying, it asks for you to give a tip. I felt obligated to give a tip, not because of a pleasant greeting and interaction, but in an attempt to prevent further unpleasantness. Staying was on me, I should have left. I ordered our food to go, the sandwiches tasted quite good, but the salads had a lot of lettuce that had gone bad, what looked like a large yellow leaf from a tree, and hard lettuce cores. The baguette was torn and tossed loosely into the bag. I was unable to reach customer service locally, so I called the 1-800 customer service. They confirmed that the lettuces are made fresh and in-house and the baguette should be cut. However, they were unable to assist me because complaints have to be managed locally. I hope they'll offer a refund, rather than a store credit, I never plan on going back. I may not get either, no one has contacted me. I have receipts, pictures, and names I can provide if needed, but I already feel bad leaving a poor review.

Ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup today and when I opened up the box, the sandwich was burnt in the middle with the cheese as if they took the cheese side and put it directly on the grill and let it burn then put it back together! Was absolutely disgusting! The outside was soft as well!
