Absolutely will not do business here. Went in looking for a pellet stove fireplace insert, and had to deal with the most impolite, rude salesman. Took me about 2 minutes before I had enough of his snide remarks, and walked out.

Yes, we have caps. 3- inch sounds like it's pellet vent. We have horizontal and vertical caps. We can check current stock tomorrow, during store hours. Thanks for asking!
