I called to see if they had time to do an oil change. They did. They told me to come around 3. It was $10 cheaper than other places without a coupon. My window is not lined up correctly. My brother is supposed to fix it and hopefully he does at some point. But, they lined my window up a lot better than it was. I thought they fixed it at first😆 but that was very thoughtful of them to try it without the tools needed to fix it. I can roll the window up a lot better now! It goes up more, which equals less rain getting in! 🎉 I'm very thankful. That was sweet of them. They did not have to do that, but they did. I will return to this place. 😊😎

Terrible place (Karl rd)just terrible. I had an appointment on a Friday morning 8:30 I come in it’s only one person working the front desk guy (assistant manager). I came for a wheel alignment my car got in the back around 9:15am . Sat in the air for an hour just for them to tell me I need 3 tie rod in order to do the alignment and my total price would be $760 I said no thanks I left and called and asked can I buy my own parts assistant manager said yes but warranty doesn’t come with it I said ok I went and bought my parts Next morning I come at 8 they pulled my car in right away car sat for an hr and no one is working on it. The assistant manager comes and tell me the manger which wasn’t there said that they have to charge double labor since I bought my own parts . I call another Midas they told me they’ll just charge for labor bring it in I get there told them the story they double checked and see if I needed the 3 tie rods and guess what I didn’t Just a wheel alignment 😒

Got a flat tire on moving day! Stopped by Midas and even though the store was closed, the store manager Austin was still at work and graciously helped me by locating a screw and then plugging my tire for me. Had me back in the road so that I could finish the move in just a few minutes. Words can never express how grateful I am. Thank you so much Austin, I appreciate the help!

What a GREAT bunch of hard working, experienced and understanding group of men. They definitely know how to isolate the problem, get it done quickly and correctly, and charge a VERY fair price. I would recommend these guys for ANY job you have for your vehicle. Got a very difficult job done in only a few hours and got my car back quickly. Greg Z
