Decided to go visit Capital Kia on a snow day on a whim just to see what they were willing to give me on a trade in. I was able to upgrade my 2016 Sportage to a 2022 Sportage Nightfall. I’m in love with the car. The team at Capital Kia made sure to get me the best financing I could get and worked hard to make sure I was happy. I love my new car and am thankful to the whole team. This is the 3rd car we have bought from Capital Kia and the 4th Kia we have owned. We will continue to go back for the customer service and the awesome selection of cars. We had inquired with multiple dealerships about trying to get a Telluride, and Capital Kia was head and shoulders above the rest when it came to customer service and creating a great customer experience. Pam was very pleasant, welcoming, and accommodating as we scheduled and even rescheduled our initial test drive. Joy, our salesperson, likewise was pleasant and responsive to all of our follow-ups. She took the time to make sure I understood the features of our new car, even after the sale had been made. I highly recommend anyone that reads this visits Capital Kia. Purchased a used car from this dealer and brought up my concerns regarding the exhaust and brake system. I was not told the vehicle was unsafe to drive in this conversation. When I took the car for an inspection at a local mechanic, I was told the vehicle should have never been sold in that condition. The rear brakes are practically non existent and the muffler has a hole leaking hot air causing the heat shield on the fuel tank to be compromised. It’s over $1000 dollars in repair which is exactly what the dealership’s sales manager wanted after I told him the car was only worth $2,500. Do not buy a car from this dealership without a document stating that the vehicle is in safe operating condition. They do not inspect their used cars. Beware and stay away.

It was purchased by The Great Lakes Auto Network, still many of the same employees but also many new employees. We are growing and can't wait for an opportunity to hell more folks here in Columbus get a better deal on a New Kia or used car! Ask for me Todd S
