Driver 16 in a red prius not only failed to use a turn signal, but then she tried to swerve around and illegally pass on the right. As a professional driver, I would expect her to at least try to follow the rules. If the company has people like this representing them, I would go elsewhere to spend my money.

Breathe O2 Customer Service

Awesome service, flexible, didn't use my emergency to gouge me. I was broke down on the freeway. They had to drive to different auto places to get all the parts I needed then 35 miles to me. The driver, Luke even carried the heavy parts up to my truck.

I've used Pack's three times in the past week and they are outstanding! They are upfront about their wait times, if there even is any. Their drivers are super nice, safe, and professional! I bartend, and we call cabs multipule times during the weekends. When Pete shows up he's always patient and kind. I've got them on speed dial now, I'll be calling them first from now on!
