I asked over the phone if they take my insurance, and I was assured I would not have to pay out of pocket for a Covid test, so I made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, they said my insurance wouldn't pay their consultation fee. The person I spoke with on the phone LIED to me, as I specifically asked about having to pay out of pocket, and I was assured it was covered by "all insurance companies". NOT HAPPY, and will not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Went in to get a skin rash looked. Nurse took my BP, temp, oxy levels (gave them my height, weight). PA came in and looked my rash (10 secs) and prescribed me anti-biotics and cream, which neither solved the problem. Later get a bill for $391 for less than 10 minutes in the clinic. The persons in the office were nice but being charged close to $400 for less than 10 mins of service, which didn't resolve the rash, seems ridiculous. I've been to Carbon Health in Oakland (not promoting them but as a comparison of charges) for a back spasm...had a muscled relaxer shot and ultrasound on my kidneys for stones done for $150 and was in the clinic for about an hour.

I came to Dignity Health for a quick checkup about a month ago. I tried to ask how much it cost and to give them both my primary and secondary insurance information, but after giving my primary insurance, they didn't take my secondary insurance info because they claimed that my primary covered it all. I thought that it was impossible because my secondary was the one which was supposed to cover this, but let it go and was told I didn't need to pay anything. One month later, I receive a $291 charge from them in the mail (full charge). I don't know whether they lied to me or whether they just messed up really badly. Update: I called them and they were very nice about it. They corrected the issue and billed my insurance.

Everyone at this site provided me with great service. I was taken care of and out the door in less than an hour from my appointment time. The person working the front desk was keeping good track of the rooms and moving things along. The provider explained things well and was super friendly. The clinic was well kept and clean. If I ever need urgent care again, I will pick that site again. Thank you for being there and thank you for all you do!
