Just sat in the drive-thru line for 20-30 minutes for nothing. When I finally got to the speaker to order my food no one responded. Finally decided to drive off and there’s no one inside the building even taking orders. Not only is it odd to be closed on a Saturday night, but no one even had the courtesy to leave a “we’re closed” sign. Really annoying.

My wife picked up dinner at this Wendy's on the way home tonight. They gave her the wrong hamburger for me. Luckily, she checked and got it corrected. The chili is terrible. It's very thick and tastes burnt. I ate 2 or 3 bites of a large chili and can't finish it.

I just left from this location. I was n the drive thru. I order a half size salad and the young girl said to me we no longer or can’t do half size salad. I stated when and how long ago they stop doing this? cause I never heard or new about it and top of that is still show on the menu half or large size salad. The young girl had a attitude like I was irritating here and asking me if I wanted a large size .. I said no. Then some other girl got on the conversation told me to leave the line cause I don’t like the way u talking to her. Say what!! Really!! I want be coming bck to that a Wendy’s ever again

Jesus, WHY is it soo hard to get ANY order right? All I ever order is chili with extra cheese and ask for the hot sauce. Time 1: Can I have some hot sauce and crackers please? Cashier: It's in the bag, ma'am. Narrator: It wasn't in the bag. Time 2: (Easily seeing crackers) Can I have some hot sauce please? Cashier: It's in the bag, ma'am. Narrator: It wasn't in the bag. Time 3: Ordered the chili with extra cheese. Saw crackers in the bag and got handed some hot sauce after asking. Got home: Chili with NO cheese at all. I'm done even patronizing this Wendy's. Two stars only because the food was hot every time.
