Nightmare, never order anything via the app, the restaurant will either be closed, or you will wait 20 minutes following the app's instructions in one of the carhop slots only to waste another 20 minutes in a glacially slow drive thru to receive nearly cold food that is STILL WRONG. Save the aggravation in Columbus, go to the other decent fast food place that rhymes with Benson's

The worst experience I ever had at a sonic . My burgers didn't have the extra bacon I ordered my strawberry slush was white and it didn't have the nerds that I payed for in it and to top it off my fries were cold and my tater tots where hard as a brick and cold . This is my favorite fast food place and they need to do a better job .

Worst experience ever! I ordered one drink on the app at 3. I followed the directions to get it and sat in a stall for 40 min. I pressed the button and got no answer. I walked out to the patio, pressed the button again, and again got no answer. 3:56 and I am now sitting in the drive thru to try and get my drink. I will never come back here and neither should you.

This Sonic was very gross. The chicken tenders were very overcooked/burned (and they also gave me less than half my order size). The 1 onion ring I got tasted sweet like a churro which was not good. The toast was somehow chewy. We've been other times and been served bad drinks because the syrup ran out. I would avoid this Sonic, because your odds of being disappointed seem very high.
