This was the worst experience I've had in Kroger for years!!!! Let me start with the fact that they had 1 register open besides the self check out and the line was to the back of the store. I don't want to be a grocery store clerk, or I would apply for a job. I spent almost $300 in groceries and was told by the csr in charge of self-checkout, "I'm not coming back to help you again "after she had to punch in her code for the 3rd time!! After checking out my groceries, bagging my groceries, and being disrespected by the clerk, we were stopped at the exit so a different employee could check our receipt and 2 carts to make sure we paid for all of our groceries! Terrible customer service!!

I go there because I have left near home. I am disappointed in their workers, in every purchase I make they always steal some of my products. and I realize at home they always do the same I always buy a lot of food for the week but they always steal fruit from me. Oh for example meats .. today I went to buy and they did not give me some chicken breasts that I buy. It's always the same sometimes They even charge you double for the products. And I for being attentive that that does not happen. The person who bags my purchase does not put my entire purchase in the cart. Kroger must be more attentive to its workers That they do that.It is a great disgust I feel angry about it
