Just got a burger to go. It was raw and uncooked and the bun was so soggy with the uncooked burger juices. Had to throw it in the garbage. Please train your cook's, they should be serve safe certified.

We visited here 6/25/22. The two waitresses and 1 cook that were running the place deserve an award, some PTO, and a raise. It was a busy day and we were there late morning. Even though they asked for people to wait to be seated, many patron were rude and just pushed by those who were waiting and took a seat while seeming to expect prompt service. We were a group of 4, with two kids, one who is disabled. We knew we'd be slow and messy, but the waitress (Diana F.) was very kind to our daughter. Our food was served promptly, accurately, and hot. (That has not been my experience at a Denny's in a long time and was the reason I refused to go there when any other option was available for most a decade.) The truck drivers who seated themselves and the older RV couples who spread out and muttered about there being plenty of seats were met with kindness from the staff and the explanation that there were only two people to run the register, take orders, deliver food, check on all the guests, and get take out orders prepped for pickup. There was only one cook and he can only make so much food at one time. The workers were never rude or condescending, but they could have been. I didn't see anyone combining about the quality of their food, prices, portions, or speed once they were seated. The waitresses we're even kind as one customer seemed to have brought her "old credit card on accident" and slowed down the entire restaurant and it took both workers to get the problem resolved. As we left we learned that they had been short staffed and busy since they opened at 6 AM and that the power had gone out, only being restored at about 5:30. They were hustling to make sure everyone had a good day. I hope their manager reads this and rewards them appropriately. Good food is important, but great service is essential for long term success.

Stopped in yesterday for brunch after taking a nice long ride on the bike. Had the Lumberjack Slam. My food was hot and my server was very friendly. She did forget that I wanted redskin potatoes instead of hashbrowns, but she made it right. The restaurant wasn't super busy. It was clean and all the table condiments were fully stocked. The other staff members I talked to were also friendly. I will be back again!

The French toast was undercooked and doughy but the hash browns were good and so was the chicken fried steak. The eggs were also good. Service was on point. The waitress was wonderful and had a great sense of humor. For only having two employees at the time I went and 4 tables to maintain I was happy with everything overall.

Sadly we ran out of fresh strawberries this morning. Generally they are served with fresh strawberries, the produce order will come tomorrow morning. If you were not satisfied, please stop back in and speak with one of the Managers. I am sure they will make things right with you.
