Just the nicest group of people ever! They have been so helpful and answered my questions about shipping a package to a friend in Greece. Rarely any lines, but if there is, the line moves quickly. They are courteous and have never been short with me. Also happy they have a drop box for parcels so I can drop off a package at any time of day.

Worst customer service ever. If you have something to do with this office, i wish you a luck. My package never left their office since it got there. So i called USPS national number, and received the case number, and heard that i will get a phone call from them. After 2 business days i decided to call this office. Then my nightmare started. First of all, you have to call at least 4-5 times to talk to a person from this office. As soon as your waiting time gets over 1:21, their phone automatically hang up on you. I called 9 times and connected to a real person twice. Second, when i asked about my package, they asked my name, address, phone number, and the tracking number. They put me on hold for 11 minutes and told me to wait because they have to find my package. Then they told me that they can’t find my package. So they told me they will call me back after they find my package. I waited 30 more minutes to receive a phone call back from them, but nothing. So i called them back 4-5 times again to get connected. That was 4:20PM. Another woman received a phonecall and told me that they won’t be looking for my package until 5:00PM. They said they have to help other customers, so they would be looking for my package after their office hours. Am i not one of their customers? From the beginning, my package has never attempted to be delivered to me. Why do i have to call so many times, wait 30 minutes to receive a phonecall, and then being told i have to wait until they close down on my second phone call? If they don’t even have a staff member to find a package, because they are so busy, don’t they have to tell me that at the first time i called? What if i wanted to go pick my package up today before they close down? All my friends living in my apartment complex do not hesitate to choose USPS as the worst carrier among usps, dhl, and fedex in this town. To be clear, i am not talking about a specific person who actually delivers a package to my apartment. I am talking about the general in-store service Added I waited until 5:51PM. As imagined, no phonecall from this usps office. They said they will be looking for my box after they close down at 5:00PM, then call me. Obviously, no phone call. Do not even expect them to work overtime and give you a phone call after the office hour, if you get into a messed up situation like mine.

They have lost 4 of my packages, gave me the run around with one & then told me it was out of the system because it had been too long and that it was my fault because I "waited too long" to do something about it even tho I had be in and out of two post offices and constantly calling about it. Terrible customer service in store. When you call you'll be lucky if anyone answers. Last time I called, I called 3 times in s row and the last time someone literally picked up, sat there silently for a few seconds while I repeatedly said "hello" and then hung up the phone on me. I wouldn't even give them one star and I wish there was a way to route my mail through another post office.
