Super 8 by Wyndham Twinsburg/Cleveland Area

My party of 5 checked into Super 8 by Wyndham in Twinsburg, Ohio and discovered in our drummer's room, in # 208 two stripped down beds, the room in complete disarray, furniture moved, a huge can of Hot Shot Bed Bug spray in the middle of the room, and then on our way out furniture in the hall. Room 208 clearly had bed bugs. I went to room # 116 and we found a bed bug on a piece of linen. I inspected my bed in my rooMm #109, and discovered another live bed bug on the bed underneath a blanket. We demanded our money back and they gave it back in CASH, even though we booked the 3 rooms through Expedia. They KNOW they have bed bugs but pretend they are surprised. This all took place on May 15 at 12:37 am. I have photos with date and time. I have location history as well.

At first, looks really nice. The upstairs hallway lighting is horrible, although that doesn't bother me, I know it's a factor for others. Open the door to my room....turn on the light and I'm in someone else's room!!!!! Turns out, the room was just never cleaned. There was a store bag with an empty 6 pack on the back landing.

Really good room rate. Hallway nor smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Friendly down-to-earth staff. Room rate: check. Location: check. Cleanliness: check. Staff: check. Glad I stayed there.

My family and 2 dogs needed a place to rest our head for the night. The guy at the counter was polite and helpful. The room not so great. 2 of the lights did not work, there was sequence hearts through out the room which tells me the house keeper didn’t do a thorough job because Valentines Day has passed. Stains on the pillowcases. I am glad the dogs were allowed.
