This place is overpriced for the quality of work they do. And don't think about canceling if you have a death in the family because they will still charge your card $100's of dollars! Truly have no souls. They did this EVEN though I never even confirmed via their text message and personally called in to cancel. Then they hit you with the "sorry for the death in your family but we still have to charge you, but you can email us to explain your situation and get your money back!" And guess what, they NEVER replied to any emails. A whole scam!

I was a loyal customer for 7 yrs. never missed an appointment. I moved away an unfortunately was too far to continue as a client. I recently moved 1.5 hours from the salon and wanted to return as a client. I have had 3 appointments to date and absolutely loved my stylist. I have spent a lot of money there and was pleased with every visit. I have always received a reminder 3 days prior to appointment. However that did not happen for the appointment I had scheduled on 3/1/22. I had made that appointment 6 weeks prior. I missed my appointment due to an unexpected trip out of down. I was charged $156 on the credit card they had on file. I called and asked to speak to the owner or manager, and of course that call never happened. I understand that everyone's time is very important and time is money. Legal Hair just lost a client. If the owner or manager would have at least reached out and tried to come to an understanding on the situation, things would be different. Seems to me they would rather jump over a dollar to pick up a nickle.

Omg I LOVE my hair!! Emily was the best! I went in there with long hair to the bottom of my back...and now have super short, bouncy style. With layers all over. no more boring hair... Definitely recommend Legal Hair. Edit: newer visit: Abigail actually listened to exactly what I wanted and did it PERFECTLY. I told her I wanted extra choppy noticeable layers and it looks so amazing. It looks so cute with curls or straightened. I've gotten so many compliments from my hair.. I can't wait to go back to her again for my color. Thanks. 💜 MANDY

Christina did an awesome job. My hair is crazy thick, frizzy, and coarse. It's hard to find a stylist that can work with it let alone me me look less like the troll under the bridge. 10/10 would recommend and I will be making a return trip.
