Absolutely unprofessional! Took 3 months to complete a simple cleaning and charged $200 OVER the quoted price. General Manager refused to return my phone calls and kept pushing it off to the Saddle Shop. Woodrow was full of excuses but no action.He was sitting playing games on his computer whenever we checked in numerous times to see if the work had been completed. So sad to see what this Pendelton institution has become. Deeply regret doing business there at all but the saddle was a vintage Hamley and we wanted to have it cleaned there. Will never spend another dime at Hamleys.

Very angry bought quite a few things from their store. One of which was a wallet that ended up not having enough space in it. Tried returning it. They will not refund your money. The return policy is not listed on the receipt. It was not like I was returning everything I bought.

What a fabulous western store in Pendleton. The staff was awesome by giving us the history of the store and pointing out other attractions in old town to see. They even allowed us to bring our dog in with us!
