I had broken down on the interstate 15 but got the vehicle up to the Shell. Had to leave it there and did so with the attendants permission leaving my phone number in case there was a problem. Well the manager had the vehicle towed without so much as a phone call. Be cautious and I would not leave your car there. They must be getting a kick back on the tow because two days into it the tow bill was $522.00. I will have to take them to court to get my car back. They are not there to help for sure.

The car wash literally sprayed my car with water and then nothing. When I said something to the cashier he said that’s what it does and I can file a complaint. And handed me a paper.

Gas was $3.09 for unleaded. Squigee didn't work properly, was broken. Customer service was ok, considering I just told him my pump number & gave him the money.

Bob I think you are the manager make sure your employees have better customer services i came I got a carwash ask one of your employee to change a dollar bill to do my vacuum and she tell me the I have to buy $10 dollars quarters if I wanna do my vacuum because she did not have four quarters really WOW
