Little Italy Downtown San Diego has many places to have an Italian dinner, but there’s only one Caps. I had the half lasagna half spaghetti and it was large and super tasty. I’m always hesitant to order spaghetti because the sauce or gravy, is always watered down with no flavor. The sauce was very flavorful with my meal. When I go back to SD with my family, we are all going to go back to Caps. I’d give the experience of the dinner five stars but the bar itself needs some cleanup and simple renovation work. Otherwise, I can see why people enjoy it as a local favorite spot. My rideshare driver commented that the pizza is fantastic from Caps too.

Nice atmosphere and had a great salad, thanks for helping me order. David the server was cool and the ice tea was good and the garlic bread was great. Will come back soon to try the pizza. Good place to go if your in downtown San Diego and I’ll try the soup too

Best Calzone I have had! Love the flag and pledge of Allegiance on the side of the building as well. That was the main reason I stopped, to support as establishment that supports our country. Glad I did. I will be back.

Just a Wonderful experience! About a month ago my NYC friend came to visit and we ordered late and our service was still accommodated with delivery!
