I suffered an injury to my eye that threatened my vision, I needed urgent surgery. I have received excellent care and my vision surgery aftercare has been exceptional. The staff are knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Holt has been patient and explained each part of the process and recently corrected my dry eye condition. I am very grateful for the care I have received.

The actual staff and Doctor performing the exam were great, that’s the reason for any stars. The front office staff could have a better understanding of customer service. I had my exam and decided I would splurge on a new pair of eyeglasses. I picked the ones I liked and paid $800. I was told it would take 4 weeks to receive them. Over a month later, not getting a call from Anderson eye care, I called them only to be told there was a mistake on my glasses and they didn’t pass “quality” control. I asked how much longer would I have to wait now and was told “I don’t know”. I had to insist someone find out and call me. Two hours later I received a call and was told they put a rush on the remake. Well another two weeks went by and no call from Anderson eye care so I put a dispute on my credit card for the charge for an item I could not get. Going on two months since the order and still no call or response from this place. What a shame that incompetence can cause this type of problem for someone willing to put out $800 to a small business during these times and they can act like I am a bother to them wanting what I contracted for. Not going back ever so they lost all of my business and word of mouth can work against a business as well for a business. I got the impression that the girls working the front desk would rather be posting Instagram selfies than actually serving their customers

I've been seeing Dr. Bernet for 8 years and would never go anywhere else for my eyecare needs. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service, and helpful staff to assist you with whatever you need. If you need a new optometrist in the Anderson/Redding area, look no further :)

Dr. Barnett is nice and friendly doctor who takes the time to get to know you. He cares about your whole health. The ladies in the office are very knowledgeable and helpful when picking out the right type of glasses. I've never had any problems and have been a patient for over ten years now.
