I have been to this turners about 3-4 times over the past 6 months to buy things for a build, Most of the staff lack basic knowledge and people skills, Not very welcoming attitudes most of them seem like they woke up on the wrong side of bed when you go in, especially when they are in the wrong. They sold me a buffer tube that said was mil spec but wasn't, I took my mil spec stock in that I purchased from turners and they exchanged it for a commercial one and gave me gift card for the difference, The commercial stock didn't even fit on the terrible quality buffer tube they sold me as well so when I tried to return the buffer tube and told them I wanted cash back because it was the wrong item, the manager was very hostile in saying I can only get a gift card because I bought the item 4 months ago, His response was "Well what were you doing with it all this time? Did you just take it out now?" And then proceeded to try to shift blame on the company the item was manufactured by saying "They" gave me the wrong part... Ya which I bought from his store....With a manager and an attitude like his its no wonder the rest of the staff follow suit. Save your money and spend it at one of the local gun shops that have integrity and actually care about your business
