Great Customer Service. Review on 3/18/2022. $5.00 Fridays. I was there 9am. I am a member of Vons for U.No Brightly paper towels on shelf. A store clerk or supervisor came to help me. Said they didn't receive them. She offered me another brand at the same price. She was great. I also bought the signature mega(6 rolls equals 24 regular rolls) toilet paper for $5.00. I bought two.The shelf was marked $5.00.When the cashier finished ringing me up I asked him if I got the $5.00 deals on the paper towels and toilet paper. He said yes. When I returned home I looked at my receipt and I was charged $6.98 for both totaling $13.96. Made a return trip to the store around 4pm.At your customer counter I explained the situation to the sales clerk. She was unfriendly. Told me I did received the $5.00 deal. She didn't look closely at the receipt because I had to show her I purchased 2 rolls of toilet paper and I showed her the Vons $5.00 Friday's ad. And I also said the shelf is marked $5.00. She gave me a real hard time. Eventually I did received my $2.00 refund. I've been to your counter before and never had a hard time until now.

One of nicest Vons I've seen. They have 8 self-checkout kiosks. There's a pack and delivery crew near the entrance. The selections at this store are so many, lots in stock. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is big and easy access.
