Positive: Overall it was an okay hotel, especially for the price paid. Room was large but I wish it had a recliner or sofa instead of a table and 2 chairs. Negative: Didn't like the (bulletproof?) glass at reception--it kind of speaks to the area & type of hotel you're staying at. Room cleanliness could be a bit better. I bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned the room to my liking/standards.

Positive: Our room was very nice and clean. The morning female clerk was great and helpful. Negative: The male desk clerk that checked me in had a bad attitude and had what seemed to be about 4 or 5 homeless people hanging around in the lobby one lady asked if I needed a room I told her I already had one. It was a bad look for a nice hotel. No breakfast.

Positive: It was clean and the front desk lady was very nice and thorough. My girlfriend and I went for a music festival, so the closeness to late-night food was very convenient. Negative: No complaints.

Positive: There is a restaurant inside - and the food is actually good. Hotel location is close to DC. Price is affordable. Reasonably clean room. Negative: Smelled like someone smoke cigarettes in the room. Running ac overnight it reduced a lot. May be it¿s just stagnant air. Room is on the smaller size, restroom was definitely tiny.
