I love Chick-fil-a and visit quite often. Unfortunately the customer service is lacking at this location. When there have been issues, I address them and give another chance as I know everyone is short staffed and trying their hardest. Yet we still encounter problem after problem. This ranges from missing items, wrong orders, and waiting for long periods of time for a pickup order. Most recently I did a pickup order for a bag of ice and two drinks. After marking that I arrived, which I figured out you have to do about 5-10 minutes before you arrive if you don’t want to wait forever, I waited another 25 minutes!! It wasn’t even during peak time. Yet there were a ton of workers sitting over in the corner by the bathroom just m around. Then the guy who was making the bag of ice, stapled it shut and another worker told him we don’t do that just in case the customer wants to reuse the back of ice. “I don’t care if the customer needs to twist tie it back. I always do it this way. It’s not my problem if they don’t like it. Who cares what the customer wants.” Mind you I was standing right there… not a good look Chick-fil-a. Another incident occurred this past Saturday when I tried to order a milkshake at 9:40pm. They told me they turn the machine off at 9:30pm in order to clean it and be out on time. 30 minutes before the restaurant closes?

Jordan was outstanding. He was so polite and courteous. He brought out my milkshake in a speedy manner. I love this location. Thank you all 🙂 I would highly recommend this location to everyone!! I especially Love the 2 lanes for the drive thru orders

Fries are either always under cooked, 1/2 way filled or my order is missing items. On todays visit, my order was missing an item even after I explained to the employee at the window that my order was incorrect. She stated my order was correct, I pulled off looked inside the bag and I was in total disbelief that my order was yet still Incorrect. I went back inside and explained; to what appeared to may have been the manager due to difference in shirt color what the issue was at hand. He corrected the order however, the fries that were given were completely under cooked and half filled. I would recommend thoroughly checking all items and trying the next best chick-fil-a to satisfy all of your current food needs.

Found this black item inside my breakfast potatoes. Tried to call the restaurant but go no answer the phone just rung. It was no email listed to email them. But just check your breakfast potatoes before eating them. Other than that the service was good as far as receiving my order.
