It was a blessed experience. I am very social yet anxious at the first dip of my toes. But, the staff are so sweet, with twinkling eyes and wide smiles that it made me feel so welcome. Their menu is easy to read and understand for ordering. And they make homemade scones, muffins and other baked goods out of their own kitchen. For seating options, you can have your pick. There are sofas, booths and window hightop seats, as well as just a simple table and chairs inside. Outside there are tables also set up if you'd rather sit out. Now, I ordered a raspberry white chocolate scone and a small (10oz) cappuccino flavored with rose and honey. Both smelled AMAZING but it wasn't a super strong in-yo-face smell. The scone was mildly sweet, and the taste was scrumptious. The white chocolate and fresh raspberries were interspersed throughout. In each mouthful I had a bit of both. The texture was firm, but not totally dry, it was a nice, light, buttery scone. The cappuccino was dreamy. A nice blend of rose and honey, I could taste the mildness of the rose, along with a ending note of honey. Like crystallized honey. The atmosphere was lovely, and I absolutely adored that other than ordering I did not need to interact with anyone. Definitely a win for those who desire less social interaction. And they are very fast on the order. I waited perhaps 3 - 5 minutes. Super fast. I'll definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

We stopped in today for the first time. All of the food was great, coffees were great, lots of options. Parking was alright considering location. Lost a star for being so smoky inside that our eyes hurt as soon as we got through the door. Some kids walking in were waving their hands in front of their faces at the smoke. I feel bad for the staff (especially the kitchen staff) having to work in that. I hope for their sakes that whatever is going on with their ventilation gets sorted soon. That said, all the staff were friendly, helpful, and great. Prices are a bit on the higher end, but the quality felt worth it.

Lovely, quaint coffee shop at the top of the hill in Downtown Bangor. Great spot for an early morning or afternoon snack and drink. So many options, including gluten free items. Love the vibe and the staff is friendly. I appreciate over hearing and being told "I appreciate you" to customers. Little decency goes a long way today!

Been in this Gem few times in the last couple years. Never disappointed, actually the more I go there the more I want to go back. The first time I had a scones and a perfect prepared cappuccino. That was the turning point and I had quite few delicacy at this shop. And lets not forget the white gloves service, smiling helpers and very knowledgeable and accommodating any requests And been a chef myself for many years I appreciate the freshness and quality of their products . I wish there where more stars to give. But I give the all five stars.

I totally agree
Yes we will be open this year!
They are open now. Staff are masked, plexiglass between diners and stafg. Guests expected to mask. But then guests are eating so not sure how much good that does. However you can order ahead to expedite the process or even better, order ahead and go between morning and lunch rush or you'll undoubtedly encounter a line and full dining room.
Very limited dine-in right now due to COVID.
