Three local offices that refuse to answer the phone & an unfriendly website that makes it very difficult to schedule an in person appointment which is the only way to be seen! This is criminal to let these Lazy Government Employees collect a paycheck for finding anyway to get out of doing their collective jobs!!! What else would or could you expect in Massachusetts in regards to Government Workers...

Hey listen, things from social security take time, And sometimes a long time... I hate the people rate this establishment one star. It's true not everybody who works here or anywhere for that matter is top-notch; I spent only 5 minutes on the phone with one representative and with another representative it took her 45 minutes to tell me to go online and do it. Things like this happen people aren't trained and thrown in to situations. Slow computers and slow networking don't help the situation. Just be patient and you'll get everything you need if you need it.

Call the ssa office or come in present to request one and ask questions if you need to.
Go to your nearest ssa office and sort everything out there, they should be able to mail you a letter saying what you need or perhaps if there sending you a check through the mail, I would call them before coming in and ask them questions you need answered for your own satisfaction.
Yes you have to call
I don't knows
Not yet during this tym
My identity was stolen, I would like them to put something so that no one uses my social security number. Thanks

To Rosemarie Padilla, you should contact direct Express card or whatever card you have you benefits going to or on. That's what I'd do. I mean it just makes sense to do it that way...!!!
