Beside myself not haveing all needed things to get the car rental, the gentalman was trying everything he could to help. That was a plus.

Will never rent from this car rental again. Pitted windshield and the lady was pretty adamant that a cracked windshield is $600. Also was very adamant there is a kit in the trunk for flat tires when I rent it then the next morning we wake up and the tire is almost flat.... hmmm coincidence? .... who ever drove this car last drove it hard.

Their staff is always friendly and courteous. They will go the extra mile to make sure you get the vehicle you need for your trip. Cameron and Ryan were especially helpful in making sure I got a 4x4 for my trip to the snow. Cameron called me after I returned the vehicle, to let me know that I had left my camera in it, and waited for me to return after they had closed the shop, so I could retrieve it! I will definitely rent here again

There is a $200 dollar deposit. $25-30 a day
There are used cars for sale through their website, but not at the Oroville or Chico locations. Nearest enterprise used car shop is in Roseville, CA
I'm unable to answer your question. This is something that you would have to ask around the rental place. I wasn't traveling with a pet at the time.
