I have been going to this practice for years, and have never had an unpleasant experience, either in Primary Care, in the Walk-in Clinic, or in the lab, even on busy days.

First of all called for a Covid test,they said just come in when I got there the girl stated you need to call a head. Then set up a annual physical got there an filled out paper work and they didn’t know I was sitting there so the doctor started with someone else and had to reschedule.came next time ,set me up for first appointment,I checked their hours(open at 8:00am on line and on their front door, the lady stated that is not us that’s quick care only ,we start at 7:30am Went to quick care and they would not take my Co-pay for the visit (said there was none)still got a bill. Think it’s time to find another place. People there seem to be either poorly trained or unorganized

I've been going to the Windham location for years after my primary care provider retired. I love going there because I don't have to go all the way to Portland. My doctor and his assistant are excellent. They listen to me and make good suggestions. I have never had any complaints. The online portal for Northern Lights is a major bonus. I'm 63 BTW.

My doctor was very rude and we had several misunderstandings that could've been solved politely, this practice needs to better manage their professional communication skills. Just because I'm a young person doesn't mean that treating me incredulously is okay. On top of that, the wait times for appointments are very long.
