One of the best DMV experiences I’ve ever had. Wife and I went on a weekday afternoon to get our Real ID’s and title our car, and we were in and out within 30 minutes. The ladies up front were very friendly and helpful, and incredibly efficient. Will be going back here for any other future DMV trips.

Came here to get my I.D and had forgotten my birth certificate all the way in Eugene. The lady who helped me let me go all the way home to Eugene to get my birth certificate so I could get my I.D without having to reschedule! The building is small but very efficient. thanks Cottage Grove DMV!
