my battery died and the team at the Coburg Road Jiffy Lube in Eugene Oregon were great. They got me in with a 1/2 an hour left before closing. They changed out the battery which was not easy in my Tahoe but they got it done quickly and I was on my way before closing time.

I called right around closing without realizing the time until I had gotten off the phone. Oops! The person I spoke with was still willing to go above and beyond, having to manually check if a belt I needed was in and just being helpful in general.

The entire team was amazing. They were quick, professional, funny and made the whole experience feel like a pleasure instead of a chore. We were greeted by Josh, and the oil change and inspection were done by Michael and Izais. I would absolutely recommend this Jiffy Lube and this team any day, and I'll definitely be returning.

The guys at Jiffy Lube on Coburg have helped me out multiple times and have been very nice and speedy with everything. 10/10 service and you’re guaranteed a laugh during your service!
