Front desk lady was quite nice. Asked about selling my motorcycle to them. She said she would transfer me to a sales representative. When the sales man answered, I started to tell him I was looking to sell my bike. He interrupted me in a loud abrasive way and said, "You need to do that on the website!" I was caught off guard and said ok. Went to the website and filled out the form as required. Got an offer back of $8,000 for my bike and an email that had a very take it or leave it attitude. Called Freedom Cycle in Concord NH. The person took my information (nicely) and said someone would be in contact. Received a call a couple hours later with an offer of $10,000. Sold my bike to them today for 25% more money and no attitude. Only reason this place got two stars is the receptionist who I spoke with initially was lovely.

Great experience from beginning to end. They kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process, got me financed within an hour, and had the bike to me within 3 weeks of purchase (original estimate for delivery was around 6 weeks). Would definitely purchase from National Powersports again!

The whole process was incredibly easy. Everything was top notch from sales to financing to electronically signing the paperwork. The only hiccup was delivery and that technically wasn’t the fault of NPD. My salesman was Spencer and he was very communicative and helpful during the process. I was approved very easily, and I was a guided from step to step. Giana in delivery was helpful in orchestrating the delivery of my bike. Unfortunately, the company that they used left something to be desired.I was assured that the company would be deleted from their list. When I ran into issues, Gary the CEO stepped in and turned my frown upside down. He stayed with me up and until after the bike was finally delivered (at 12:00 am). The bike was delivered approximately 3 days after it was scheduled. But again, this had nothing to do with NPD. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely buy from them again. As for the bike…it is a 2011 Kawasaki Vaquero and the pictures that they took and posted on their website did not do it justice. This bike is an absolute dream and well maintained and cared for. If you’re looking for a low cost, well maintained motorcycle, trike or spyder, then look no further than NPD. They’ve got something for everyone!

Yes, they do have some. I bought my bike from National Powersports and my helmet from Freedom Cycle. You can get one from National, but thought Freedom had a better selection.
Yup. I dropped of my triumph and there were Harley and old Honda's there as well
