I purchased a Honda moped last year from GBM. This was the first service I had on my new moped. Jimmy was great! He even showed me how to prepare it for winter with a charge so my battery won’t died over the winter. Jimmy was professional and super helpful!

Horrible customer service. Went into the shop to buy a new bike and put a down payment on a mt07 that they said was available and i could have it ready in less than 4 days. I left the shop thinking it would be a simple process. 2 weeks went by and I didn't hear anything, I kept calling looking for updates and kept getting the run around. After the 2+ weeks of calling looking for answers they told me they had sold the bike I put a down payment on, to another person. So I was forced to settle for another bike as the new wait time was 6 to 8 weeks. Not Apologetic in the slightest. In total it took about 1 total month to walk in and get a bike. Don't expect a call back or any updates from them. But do expect a 600 freight charge and a 300 dealership fee. Salesman didn't care. GM doesn't care. However financing department was fine as they did have it delivered to me. However the girl that helped me wasn't even from that dealership. You can get a bike anywhere but I will not recommend this shop.

Took my motorcycle to them for service for years. In general, their service department is fine, didn't seem to overcharge or suggest excessive work. Decided to sell my motorcycle and took it to them. Argued with them for a while about the "value" of the bike. They significantly undervalued it in my opinion. Kelly Blue Book suggested around $3500, they said it wouldn't be sold for more than $1500. Ultimately talked them up on the price by just a little bit and left because I didn't want to deal with it anymore, which was my fault when I knew I was getting ripped off. It is now listed on their website at $3100, so clearly they lied to me about the value; not surprised, but annoyed. I would not suggest selling them your bike unless you want to get ripped off.

To my surprise, This was the most professional and thorough motorcycle buying experience I have had in over 10 years. The even had a product specialist go through the bike and made sure I was well educated on it's operation. Keep up the positive attitude and professionalism. I will be back for my next one for sure. Dealers in NH got nothing on these folks.

I would think they might possibly give you something for it towards a trade, but only if it's in near perfect condition without any type of modifications on it and runs like new. But you would be better off just selling it on Craigslist or something like that.

All that happened was that the bike fell over and you got caught underneath. The bikes more than likely okay although you may not be. Always good to have it looked at. Your leg that is. Your bike is probably just cosmetic damage.
