Had to pick up an order made online. There were 3-4 people in line when I entered the store. I was promptly greeted and asked if I needed assistance. When I said I was there to pick up my online order but wanted to take a look around, the staff member offered to get my order ready for me while I browsed. I was able to pick up my order and make an additional purchase. What prevents me from giving a 5 star rating are 1) long line at service desk, 2) checkout was also chaotic when the cashier was trying to locate my online order.

I wasn't able to find an item, so at the checkout I mentioned to the Cashier and she never hesitated to go and look for it. She came back with a big smile and 2 packages In her hands, for me to chose the one I preferred. Awesome!

I love this store. It is right in my neighborhood in the South Bay Plaza. I go there when I am looking to change this in my house and looking for something special or different. I love the fact that I can always find employees that are helpful and the coupons that I get in the mail that are expired (you can always use them). I save them for those speacial occasions.

Such a busy store, meaning things are up down all around high low. Always have to ask where something is and must be specific about what I want. At least it's how I feel. Busy. I'm never quite comfortable shopping here everything is too much but BBB has good buys if you can find them and don't forget that coupon we all get. If you do bring it back with your receipt within 30 days they'll honor it.
