Went here for a pole saw attachment. Checked the website and it said they had a few. Found the display in store and had to wander around to find an employee. Seemed like there was hardly anyone working as I went from where I was in the middle of the store to the front without finding a single employee and had to go back to almost the back of the store to find someone. He checked to see if they had some in stock, which they didn't, said I'd have to buy the display which was far from new condition. Still trying to charge full price for it though. Could not justify paying full price for something in essentially used condition and put together by someone else (and clearly not adjusted properly as the chain was about to fall off).

This place is the go to store for anything in the hardware, garden, tool, paint and more place to go. Staff is great. If the one you talk to does not have the answer they will contact some one who will know where the product is and walk you to that item. I had a problem with plumbing and did not know what product to buy. I explain the situation and the floor man took me to the right place, explained how to install and gave me his personal cell phone number to call if I hit a problem. Try that at a big box store.

Great product select but the cashiers are so busy talking to each other to acknowledge customers (2 older gray hair ladies) Today I wanted to see if a cashier would acknowledge me in anyway, I walked up she asked for my membership number. I said sorry I'm not on file. And that was it . No hello, no thank you, not even a bag. So I asked for a bag and she handed me one. LoL I guess you have to bag your purchases there. Horrible front end service

Lots more cool stuff than the big box stores. Huge selection of Fasteners Nuts and Bolts. And you don't have to put up with the big crowds. What more do you want
