This rating is not for the food, it’s the service entirely! I was here Friday 05/27/2022. I do drive out of my way because I feel this location has better pizza not sure it just is made better. But unfortunately I was standing in line patiently waiting for one of the cashiers to take my order there was a young man busy with one customer and a lady finishing up with hers as soon as the lady was done she was finishing up the order o. The screen a customer walked In behind me she looked at him and he hello you can come up here I can help you! I was shocked the young man looked at me like what just happened and I was so disappointed I’ve never been treated that way and I was clearly there waiting it’s not like o was standing by the soda machine I was standing directly in front of them! I will not be back to this location for a whole at least until the staff is properly trained in customer service!

I pick up pizza here on my way home from the gym often... my order a few weeks ago the pizza wasn't sliced and today the toppings on the extra most bestest didn't even cover the whole pizza. I am definitely not impressed. It's not that hard to make a pizza. The toppings should go out to the crust.

So I really love Little Caesars Pizza except for this specific location has a high likelihood of undercooking the pizzas so there's still dough. They really need to work on that. This one's near my house so this is the one I usually go to the most but the other two that are somewhat near me I've never had a problem with them under cooking their pizzas. Whereas when I go to this location 90% of the time they undercook it.

Had a much better experience today and much better customer service. We definitely recommend the stuffed crust pretzel pizza! Not big on the salt but next time we'll request it off.
