As a outsider professional I had the opportunity to see one on their resident. Being the first time there, I was met with friendly faces and was assisted going through the covid procedure, once that was completed. I was personally escorted to the resident. Once I was with the resident, I was greeted by each staff and assisted with any of the residents needs quickly. This is how it was throughout the whole visit, even when I was leaving This was a nice experience and a welcomed one

My wife has worked for Avita of Wells since they opened over 5 years ago. She loved her job then and loves it even more today. Her heart, dedication and compassion for her job tells me that Avita is still an amazing company to work for. Longevity speaks volumes in my book. We love hearing the stories about her day and seeing the smile on her face as she speaks. When we bump in to her co-workers or the family members in public, I watch in awe as my wife beams with happiness. She has found her dream job there at Avita

Avita of Wells is a great place for a family member or a loved one. The compassion and care they show is above and beyond and if you have ever been in a position to have to place a loved one, there is such a level of comfort to know you are leaving your loved one in their hands. I can’t say enough about the staff, the facility and just how wonderfully warm and welcoming they were to my Mother and Father and how we never felt they weren’t getting the love and attention we felt they deserved. I truly love Avita and have since I moved my Mom and Dad into the Stroudwater Avita from Stroudwater Lodge. The care and detail to my parents needs were always top notch. My brothers and sisters all became family with their employees and felt cared for as well. I learned so much and wanted to be part of the Northbridge family on a more helpful level and be able to help other families the way my family was helped. I am happy to say that I was able to to join the team at Avita if Wells over a year ago as their Director of sales and have loved being a part of this amazing family. I am so thankful to have this opportunity to be able to be that resource to others and share our community with them.
