Ordered my food 20mins prior to arrival then sat there for 30 mins to find out they never started it

Every time I have went into the Milkroom you have to walk through the cigarette smoke to enter the door because they allow the employees to smoke 10 feet from the door. i was getting ready to order food and i noticed a girl working in the kitchen had gauges in her ears and she was playing with them and then touched food as someone who has gauges in there ears they can be dirty and stink regardless it was gross and i stopped buy food here. I decided to give them another chance and went to buy food today and the chicken was raw when I bit into it I threw it in the trash paid for my other stuff and left. i think it is time the department of agriculture does a inspection!

Updating review June 2021: The prices went up and the food is the same. Never thought I would say this but I'd rather go to house of pizza. Ever since the new owner took over, this place has gone downhill. Every employee that was there for years has left. I hear the manager complaining about being tired all the time from overworking herself between two locations, she's also very inattentive and will have people standing at the counter for minutes at a time before acknowledging them, and shes just flat out rude most of the time.The food is usually better in the afternoon or night, really depends on who's there. The prices are all over the place, some inventory doesn't ring up and they just type in a number, I've been charged different prices for the same thing.

No masks and Ashley in the kitchen is very unprofessional. Texting and refusing to serve someone instead asking another employee to do so. Store has begun going down hill lately and should be reconsidered by all persons in the area. Lake side and waterboro house of pizza have plenty of options as identical prices.
