I hate to have to leave a bad review, because they USED to be a wonderful place for treatment. But, things have gone downhill there. They are short staffed so some of us have had no counselor/ caseworker for MONTHS. They can't seem to get it together on rules/requirements, so it varies from staff to staff. There is discrimination and bias, clear cases of nepotism, I was assaulted in the lobby by a man much larger than myself, while he was forcing his way past the line . apparently he was behind 6 groups and they not only condoned it but literally rewarded this behavior by letting him go by and take that last group slot wich he was after.. Everyone obeying the rules , or being shoved,didn't stand a chance. And then when asked why this guy is allowed to get in early if nobody else is allowed to go early, or why he's allowed to PUSH OTHER PATIENTS....they simply say,"you can't say that, you dont know his situation or what he's doing". Like I couldn't tell I was shoved over or who did it. When I asked to run the cameras back and see it, they refused. It seems Like they are no longer a place that values equality or patient safety . such a shame. Very disappointing lately. This is supposed to be a safe place where people help you get beyond 'road blocks' . And move on in a positive way. This is turning into the opposite.

Saved my life use it correctly it can do the same for you!!!!! Been here for many years . I'm not ready or do i feel safe that I would not use again and relapse. But people iv been here since 2003 and it keeps me working full time ,, never relapsed since I started in 2003. It keeps me clean sober safe and happy working full time. I changed my life 100%. ALOT would say thats too long to b in treatment but it saved my life ,,,, NO DRUGS AT ALL!! IM NOW living a great healthy sober life and I actually have $$ in my pocket at all times. CAP QUALITY CARE HAS IMPROVED my life 10 fold.

I used to go here, and I now live out of state and live in CT. If I had the money to move back to Maine and go back to CAP Quality Care, I would!!! Absolutely the best counselors u could ever have, they actually help you and help you beyond just your addiction, receptionists are respectful, treat you like your a human being not an animal or something. The director and the doctor there are the best and sweetest people!! The nurses are probably the best bunch of nurses you will ever meet. I don't know if all the staff is all the same since I was there but when they got new people when I was there, they were just like the rest and fit right in!! Great great program, if u have an opiate drug problem, go here, they will help you and welcome you with open arms!!!! GREAT PROGRAM!!!!

Amazing doctor and wonderful staff. Everyone is respectful of your treatment and they do not label anyone and put you in FULL control of your treatment. They also accept medical marijuana and it doesn't prevent you from getting take homes. They also offer different forms of medication and do payment arrangements.
