We arrived, at 5pm none was there waiting, a family or 5 came after us, then we got seated and waited like 10+ mins and realized the family got their drinks. Then saw another family being help getting their drinks. Then saw another family behind us already with their drinks which they. After the 2 families where served drinks and we didn't even got asked a questions. I ask the hostess he said he will tell my server then wait another 10 plus minutes then Asked the waitres she said she will tell my waitress. Them we Waiter like 5 mins and then we walked out. The hostess horrible lacking serving in order. and didn't even care about helping or find out our server. My husband told him can't make customers wait more then 25 mins . Being ignored or have control of his duty.

We waited for a little over an hour from the time we sat down to get our food. After our order came was I informed that they ran out of shredded chicken for my Nachos (a appetizer that should have came before everything else) I even had to ask multiple times for napkins. Unfortunately it was a bad experience all-around. Won't ever return to this BWW, that's for sure.

Horrible!!! If it were possible to give a negative star I would...was told 10 minute wait for 2 people, group of 8 came in got seated immediately.. had to go back up to hostess and ask why we weren't seated yet, very rude when seated, day there for 10 minutes and was never even addressed , greeted. We got up and left....

Seems understaffed took over 20 min just for taking our orders on a not busy night. Then you still got to give them your CC even if you wanna pay cash at the beginning of the meal??? Like if I pay cash up front why tf do I wanna give you my CC just an unnecessary risk of an employee stealing banking info. *Edit this is not in anyway against the servers that waited on us I feel this is more of an understaffed issue when it came to the wait time than servers just no caring or not trying to be busy.
