I am very disappointed by their RV park. If I could give negative amounts of stars I would. I had been talking to the owner for MONTHS in advance confirming monthly rates and check in date. When I say months I mean 4+ months. I made my reservation thinking I'd be able to check in on april 1st and that I'd be paying $150 a month. I confirmed this information every single time I talked to her on the phone. I called everyday 3 days until my check in date and was told that they were ready for me to arrive only to show up and be told that there isn't a spot available and that I just needed to wait until they got someone else rig moved and that the monthly was $450 not the $150 (at most) I was quoted. I waited 3 hours and still nothing changed. I left to give them another day to figure it out and then that turned into a 3 day weekend only to be called and told that they weren't going to Accommodate me anymore. If anyone else knows how hard it is to find a fulltime spot for an rv during the summer you'll understand how incredibly inconvenient this whole situation was. I am so beyond disappointed and will not be recommending these peoples rv park or their hotel to anyone. If I were you I'd stay clear of this business, they have no idea what they're doing.

I came over here and am quit pleased. Peaceful, plenty of shade, and NO cow manure smell 24/7. I'll definitely stay here again. It's MUCH better than that other place in Vale! I spent one night at VALE TRAILS and woke up to the 5'2" owner wearing a Cowboy Hat screaming at a guy in a hat that read Submarine Veteran, "YOU KNOW THE ELECTRICAL IS BAD HERE!" I asked him what's up and he told me that on Memorial Day, a FLOATING NEUTRAL destroyed over $10,000 of equipment in his trailer. The owners refused to do anything and he has to take them to court. Now that the owner knows they're being taken to court, they're giving this guy all sorts of grief. They even tried to throw him out but because of COVID-19, they can't. I feel sorry for the guy because all he's trying to do is get his stuff fixed or replaced while he works on his VA Disability Claim, and there are no other monthly space rental RV parks in the area. Being a former union electrician, I know exactly what he was talking about with the floating neutral. I'm also an Army Veteran and am DISGUSTED with how they're treating a fellow Veteran.
