OK first off I don’t have beef with anyone in customer service who helps with curbside pick up or you know shipped goods I have a problem with the shipping department themselves. I ordered A little pool that came with another box containing the cover I only got the cover and apparently the pool itself isn’t here yet. Normally I wouldn’t be upset about that very much really but literally every time Home Depot has told me my items are ready and only half of the items are ready I’m so sick and tired of the shipping department doing that it’s like they think oh one item comes in so even if the others aren’t here yet we gotta let them know they’re all here. It’s really not that hard to pay attention to the work order or shipment order to see what all is included with the package I did it for years it can’t be that hard.

Staff is great! Lumber quality/pricing is not competitive or justified. I’ll shop here for miscellaneous parts, materials, and/or tools but I prefer to use a local lumberyard for any important or high quantity lumber purchases. I love that they’re pet friendly. Zero mask enforcement which is funny considering the number of people open carrying here.

This is a great store. My purchases here have been with hardware and the garden center. The selection and quality of tools in the hardware department are outstanding, and the prices are fair. The staff in Gardening are extremely helpful. I've made several large masonry purchases, as well as a large soil purchase, and the staff were very helpful. An older man there also has a real eye for detail. He saved me a lot of extra work by asking all the right questions when I purchased some stones to build a raised bed.

People are kind here and very helpful. I love coming into this store. They usually always have what I am looking for or they will order it for me. Always a pleasant feeling when leaving this store.
