This venue worked out very well for both the wedding and reception. There was plenty of space. The charm of the venue was a great fit to the wedding decorations and theme. There was enough parking for everyone. Kristen was very helpful throughout the process of selecting the venue and working thru the details of the layout for the reception and wedding. We would recommend this venue to anyone that likes that loft look.

We loved CL Space! Kristin was amazing to work with. She was extremely responsive and answered my million(&1) questions professionally and promptly each and every time. The venue was located in such a great place that allowed our out of town guests to really take in the City of Tampa while they were here. Highly recommend!

Great location, staff is thorough and friendly, pretty laid back as far as accommodating your party planning needs. Seems better set up for small events--capacity is 120, you can split your party between courtyard and indoor space but if you want to have seating in each, you'd be moving chairs.

This is a very good a space for a get together. The room is wide open and you have lots of space to have your function. Bathrooms are connected directly to the room, it is very clean, there is a parking garage next block over (1.00/hr), and the industrial feel is very good. The room has a prep area and a frig, with a counter available to serve as a bar if needed. The stairs is how you access, not sure if there alternate "accessibility" for those who need it. Might want to check that out.
