I used this site for renting a U-Haul van. Overall, the van was clean, and the check in and out process was smooth and the agent was very pleasant to work with; however, I was told that I could not park on the property because since it was not a primary U-Haul location, parking was reserved for customers who were using the storage facility, therefore, I would not be able to park my care on site. I had the option to either park my car in the residential areas or at the gas station, neither of which I felt fully comfortable with, for fear of being towed. Although the agent stated that no one had had issues before, it is still something that I wish I knew ahead of time, because I would have chosen another location.

This was the cheapest yet most well reviewed place in the area. On top of that both of the employees who were there were super helpful and kind. It’s also nice that they are a smaller business than say public storage so it seems like they care more about you and the safety of the stuff in your unit.
