This is actually a 0 star review. Ordered on the app, pulled up with a HUGE line, gave them code and was charged. Waited in line for 15 minutes and had to leave as I was going to miss a ferry to get to where I was going. Was charged for my order, didn’t receive anything, and had to listen to my crying baby in the back seat the entire time. Looked in the window and saw a bunch of kids fooling around. Where the heck is management!?

Went through the drive through, went to left lane and had 4-5 others cars come through the right side before we were helped. We ordered the egg and sausage biscuit, which doesn’t come with cheese; they asked if we wanted to cheese and we said no, it still came with cheese. Went back in to exchange it, waited in the line only to hear them tell another customer they were out of muffins and biscuits and could only do a burrito. So I scrapped off the cheese with a napkin and left, never even being asked if something was wrong. I normally don’t complain on these things, however the last time we were inside, trash cans were over flowing and napkins were empty, they were not busy and the kid at the register was just standing around, and even worse the manager was sitting at the table on his laptop not noticing any of it. After these poor experiences I’ve decided to rate them poorly.

Got a double quarter pounder with cheese. Waited 15 minutes for it. Drove all the way home to find its 2 Patty's in a bun.... Nothing else. 2 Patty's 1 bun. I wouldn't let these people watch a hamster for an hour unsupervised.

This McDonalds is nicer than some of the other ones near me. They usually get my order right and the employees are nice.
