Awesome.. we have been eating Maurice’s sausage since they were first selling them on their farm on route 9…. Love the huge expansion of products, and now selling at Hannaford too.. they seem to have discovered some spicy stuff in the past few years too! try the chorizo!!!!

Most tube meat has a salty finish... but that just let's you know it's done.
His website www.sausagekitchen.com shows only one beef jerky.
We have an excellent smoked kielbasa that is fully cooked and can therefore be sliced and eaten cold from the package. If you don't want smoked you can cook the fresh, raw kielbasa cool it and slice it. Give us a call at 353-5503 for any further questions. Thanks, Andre
