Very unhappy ordered no more than 15 pounds of hamburger and got 61 pounds. No brisket that was ordered no stew meat and only 2 small packages of fajita meat. Butcher said to look online at what cuts you-can get. Have never been told this from previous butcher. I have home grown beef so I get the cuts I want. I got what he gave us. I am irritated. Over $900 spent for the beef and cut and wrap and he says 40% is waste and apparently telling him how you want it cut meant nothing.
