Oh my GOODNESS! I m a perspective resident ND If the Lord be able I sure do hope he bless my family and I with an approval when I submit my application! The area is nice and clean and there is a play area for the children! The manager on site is nothing but the truth! She's very informative straight to the point and so nice my Goodness what A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!

Our residents love living at the Villas; however; as I would suggest to any prospective resident, please visit the community after business hours to ensure you are comfortable with the area. As we all know, crime has no address and no one can guarantee your safety. It would be best to check with the local police department about crime reports and statistics in the area and make your decision based on both of these suggestions. Please be advised, the community has a waitlist of 6 to 12 months. We hope to hear from you soon!
Hello Nina, The rent for a 2-bedroom townhouse at The Villas is $897.00/month. Our community is not based on income. How soon are you looking to move-in?

Yes, there are income restrictions you must qualify for in order to live in these communities. We’d be happy to help you if you call our office between 8:30 and 5:30 Monday through Friday.
