Worst experience ever, canceled appointments location for appointment changed with no notice store closed with my glasses and couldn't get them for 5 days and when I do get them no fitting and there's a problem with them I'll never use them and I don't recommend anyone else. There's other places that are not much more money

Everything was good at first, a little slow checking in but they were busy so I understood and was willing to be patient. The optometrist was very fast which bothers me some. That was my first issue but again it was fine they were busy so I understood. He told me I could get a pair of trial contact lenses if I wanted to try a different brand. I did so I told him yes. After He said to wait by the glasses for someone to be available for ordering. After 20 mins of waiting to order contacts this woman calls for “Christy” another patient points towards me. When she started entering my info she realized she got my name wrong and didn’t apologize, again not mad it happens all the time. She gets everything entered tells me my total and I stated I wanted to use my insurance, she asked did you not give it to the people that checked you in I said yes but they gave it back to me bc my exam was free. She looks at my insurance card and says well this isn’t you eye insurance this is you medical. Proceeds to ask me who my provider is. I tell her the name on the insurance card and she said to me rudely that is your medical NOT your eye care. She enters the information on the card finds the provider and proceeds to correct me on who my provider for eye care is. It says on my insurance card that it is for medical and vision. But as the computer loads she is constantly huffing and puffing and hitting her hands on the table bc she is frustrated. Eventually she gets everything entered correctly and gives me my receipt rudely expecting me to know she needs my signature and rudely asks for my signature when I didn’t sign after a moment. I ask her about the trial lenses, with out checking to see she immediately tells me they don’t have them and she doesn’t know why he said that. I was very patient this entire visit, but with her lack of patience with her teammates comes off as rude and unhelpful to customers. It made me very uncomfortable I just walked out. I advise anyone thinking about going here don’t. The other locations are much better as far as customer service goes.

I love this hotel they offer great customer service and they don't hound you when your late checking out. They respect your privacy and their rooms are clean. Housekeeping does a great job they come by everyday there's not one day they haven't serviced my room and they don't have an attitude about doing anything they are more then willing to do what you need if it's in their job description. The water is nice and hot and the microwave and the fridge works. If I was to say anything negative it be the bathroom light is dim that's it. Thank you for being consistent I always know what to count on when I go there

Great experience. Ashley is beautiful and amazing and worked me into their SUPER busy schedule on a Saturday even! The Doctor was also equally as nice. At no point did I feel rushed or not valued as a costumer. Highly recommend!

They take same day appointments. Not walk ins. You should call ahead of your visit. So you aren't waiting behind set appointments. If you decide to walk in. They might be booked. Or you might be waiting for a while. Also ask for Rusty. She'll try to work you in if they're busy.
Go to vision works they are cheaper and you get your glasses in six to ten days
They do not accept medicaid however some Walmarts will. And If you choose smaller frames, the WalmartVision Center will cut your old lenses to fit. There is no additional charge for fitting old lenses into new frames; all you have to pay for is the cost of the frames themselves. You can get your old lenses reframed at Walmart even if you didn't originally buy them at Walmart.Jan 8, 2019
No we don't
I just walked in they tested the prescription they had done the right side for close up. I need for distance they didn't give me any problems about it they sent them to be fixed. Unfortunately they did not offer a discount or anything for their mistake
Depends on which type
