Great customer service and excellent professional packing job. I had a cookie jar shipped from an online auction and had never done this before. The owner and employees were very helpful and took the time to walk me thru the process and answer any questions I had. I appreciate the extra careful packing job and fast shipping. I just spoke with Mary from the UPS Store in Wakefield. She was of great help to me. I received an email from Amazon telling me that they had not received my return and that they would be charging my card for this item. I did return this item through the UPS store. I have my receipts but I didn't say the exact item. Mary was FABULOUS she got the tracking number right from the UPS site and she helped me to get to the UPS site and track that package that was returned. It had the return and the exact time that Amazon got that item back. Without you Mary I would have been charged again! Please give Mary a raise, she certainly deserves it! Everyone at this UPS store is always very helpful. Even with the restrictions due to COVID-19 they are doing a great job. They limit the number of customers, practice social distancing, etc. I was there today and Mary (owner?) helped me with some returns, suggested a better (cheaper) shipping option, etc. They're my go-to stop for anything shipping related!

We accept all prepaid UPS and DHL drop-off packages. We no longer take USPS drop-off packages, like some UPS Stores, as our local postman can not handle the volume of packages we used to have for him. We do have a small tape-up fee for drop-offs not sealed for scanning in. We provide label widows and express packaging(for express shipments only) for all drop-off packages.
Hi Terry, The drop-boxes belong to UPS. The UPS Stores are privately owned franchises and separate from UPS(the guy's with the brown trucks). Our stores provide a safe dry place to drop off any UPS pre-paid package. That being said, I believe that the drop boxes are fairly standard and can accommodate all 3 sizes(small, medium, large) of UPS's express boxes and should therefore handle either the regular express letter and the legal size express letter. Hope that answers your question.
No you can't. Shipping prices depend on the exact address, dimensions of the package, and weight of the package.
