I visited this CVS today, searching for my favorite face cream. As an employee pulled her cart into the aisle, overtaking it, stocking the shelves, I asked her if they carried the line of products "not that I know of..." extremely unhelpful and uncaring. I went straight to Walgreens where a young woman saw me searching the shelves, she walked up and asked if I needed help, knelt down and read the ingredients of different creams to me and advised me as to which one to try. Guess where I won't be going anymore?

Minute clinic lady(Asian, so she knows who I'm talking about) on December 9th is absolutely rude, unprofessional and lazy... 53 years old I know what a sinus infection is... told her I was pretty sure that's what I had... "if you're coming in here to try to get antibiotics its not happening"... yes an antibiotic not an opioid. She just doesn't want to do any work or the paperwork that comes with it... guy in front of me was sent away too. When you are sick that's the last thing you want to deal with.

They have been noticeably worse in the last few months, so it's probably the result of new hires. Either way, I have had multiple rude, condescending interactions with them. The staff frequently seems confused about basic requests and talks down to myself and my partner on separate occasions. Even their online system told me twice I had a prescription ready to be picked up, only for the staff to be condescending about it when I arrived to pick it up. I am an RN and a case manager. I work with physicians' offices and pharmacies every day. I will likely find a different pharmacy, based on how this one is operating.

I am so grateful for the incredibly attentive and caring pharmacy staff at this location. I have had interactions with most of the staff, and I can say that technician Terri and pharmacist Patrick have made me feel like part of the family. I could name more of the technicians and pharmacists that have made me feel special in the past (Hannah and Kayce), but I just want people to know that these wonderful staff members make the difference. Thanks guys!
