Absolute worst experience on two different trips to this restaurant. Always an extremely long drive through line that moves incredibly slow. You can not go inside to eat at anytime of the day, no signs on the doors they are just locked. The people working there are nice but waiting 20+ mins in line at a “fast food” restaurant is just ridiculous.

I occasionally forget and make the mistake of attempting to get food at this clown show of a restaurant. Every time it ends up being a half an hour of my life just to get a taco. The level of incompetency at this place for every facet of a restaurant operation, from actually answering the drive-through to producing edible food is an utter failure, even by fast food standards. The fact that two national chain have their sign on this building should be an utter embarrassment to them. My last finding experience, just wait in 15 minutes behind another customer. I thought maybe that customer was just indecisive. As it turns out they were just waiting for somebody to answer the drive-through. Myself and the four other cars behind us also tried. The restaurant is clearly open, the lights are on and people are moving around inside and it is the middle of the day. Oh and there’s a sign that says open. But apparently the employees decided they didn’t want to actually be open. Do yourself a favor and drive on past this ridiculousness. Hopefully they will finally go out of business and something worthwhile will take up their space on this corner.

I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders combo to go... Bryan thought I wanted the 3 piece chicken combo when but he was telling me what came in it, I knew he miss heard me and told him I wanted tenders, he corrected the error, said he was new. My order came out very quickly... at this point I would give 5 stars for the service. But when I got home I looked at what I had received and the receipt, it listed what I should have been given. I was missing the sauce cup, 2 sauces and the biscuit hence the 3 stars. The food I got was good.

This is the second time we have ordered strip dinners and the second time they have counted chicken of this caliber a four piece chicken meal. Where is the quality control?

any reason being from under staff, they dont have all their product ready.
You would think a smart manager would go to another store for few additional supplies. Flour was the excuse to nit frying more chicken Oh ,yeah , guess qithout flour , KFC could do grilled , duh!!!!??
KFC closes at 10 tacobell closes at 11 🤦🏼♀️
I think mashed potatoes are made in house using instant (flakes)
